Camp Clark Williamson celebrates 65 years

THREE WAY, Tenn.—One local camp is celebrating years of enriching young lives with its outdoor ministry.

Camp Clark Williamson hosts its anniversary celebration Saturday.

The event began at 10:30 in the morning and included several fun activities.

The camp is located at 390 Mason Road in Three Way.

Saturday’s celebration includes cornhole and basketball tournaments, a BBQ cooking contest, lots of games, watermelon eating contest, and more.

The event also has lots of free food and a time to gather for worship and praise.

“Starting Memorial Day, we’ll start summer camps. We’ll have week long camps and weekend retreats. We’ll have day camps from different groups that come out here. This is family sitting here minus my daughter and her family. They’ve all been lifeguards and cooks and helped with the grounds and they helped a lot through this event,” said Mike Hannaford, Administrator, Camp Clark Williamson.

This is the 65th year for Camp Clark Williamson in Madison County.
