Log truck accident in Jackson blocks roadway
JACKSON, Tenn.—A logging tractor trailer was involved in an accident Saturday afternoon.
The accident occurred just before 1:30 pm at the intersection of Parkway and Whitehall Streets in Jackson.
When our crew arrived on the scene, JPD was responding to the accident. We witnessed a logging truck with its trailer turned over on its side.
Logs were spread across the roadway, blocking all lanes of traffic. Along with JPD, THP was also seen responding.
No injuries were reported at this time.
