‘Fam Jam’ sneaker ball taking place next month

JACKSON, Tenn. — Calling all families! Grab your sneakers and head to the dance floor.

The Jackson Parks and Rec Department will be hosting a “Fam Jam” sneaker ball. It’s taking place on Friday, June 27, at the Carl Perkins Civic Center. Community Engagement Director Whitney Billingsley tells us more about the event.

“We have got a lot of different events going on, so, sneaker ball is just one of the many things that we are doing,” said Billingsley. “City of Jackson, parks and rec is just wanting to bring all these events to the community to let you know that Jackson has a lot going on and we just want to have fun and bring families and communities together.”

Tickets are $40 for a family of two and an additional $15 for each extra family member. Click here to get your tickets.
