Pet of the Week: Hosta

It’s time to plant your garden, and no garden is complete without a Hosta! This week’s Pet of the Week from Tipton County Animal Shelter is Hosta!

Meet Hosta, a 2-year-old mixed breed male who’s just waiting to be the heart of your home. Much like the beloved plant he’s named after, Hosta needs sunlight, water, food and most importantly, love to truly flourish and grow.

This sweet boy lives for affection and absolutely adores sharing your snacks (he promises not to eat the whole bag… maybe).

Rain or shine, he’s ready for an adventure by your side! Always alert and full of energy, Hosta even loves to chase birds, adding a playful spark to every day.

Hosta has the loyal, goofy, and affectionate personality of a Boxer. He’s energetic when it’s time to play, gentle when it’s time to cuddle, and always eager to please.

While Hosta’s past wasn’t always filled with the love he deserves, he hasn’t let that dim his spirit. He’s full of heart and ready to blossom in a forever home where he can truly thrive.

With an approved adoption application, Hosta will be neutered and ready to start his next chapter with you.

Are you ready to let Hosta grow in your heart and your home?

To adopt Hosta, please contact Lee Riley or Amber Smith, at (901) 837-5919.

Tipton County Animal Shelter also has an online adoption application available at www.tiptonco.com/adoption_application/index.php.
