UPDATE (1:35 p.m. 6/5/25): Fatal crash in Henderson draws response from several agencies
UPDATE FROM THP (10:16 a.m. 6/5/25):
Tennessee Highway Patrol is on the scene of a crash on Hwy 45 South at State Route 100 in Chester County. Henderson Police Department, local first responders, and myTDOT are also assisting.
The Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) is responding to conduct a thorough investigation.
Please avoid the area and seek alternate routes as emergency crews work the scene.

CHESTER COUNTY, Tenn. — Several people have reported a vehicle involved in a fire in the Chester County/Henderson area along Highway 45.

Photos and videos circulating online show a vehicle fully engulfed in flames near the Highway 100 overpass.
