Ribbon cutting held for new children’s boutique in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Tenn. — A new children’s boutique is open and ready for business.

Refined Rascals Children’s Boutique opened its doors in Lexington with a ribbon cutting Friday.

This charming new children’s boutique offers adorable apparel, accessories, and gifts for the little ones in your life!

And if you need a gift wrapped for a special occasion, they got you covered.

“Families can come in, pick out what they want, there will be gift wrap services and delivery to showers if its local or close to local,” said Tammy Phillips, owner. “So if somebody can’t get there, we’ll make sure the gift gets there for the showers.”

Refined Rascals is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10 in the morning to 5 in the evening. They’re open on Saturdays from 10i n the morning to 3 in the afternoon, and they are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

The boutique is located at 25 Monroe Avenue in downtown Lexington.
