Tours being held for new apartments at Jackson Walk

JACKSON, Tenn. — If you’re looking for the perfect opportunity to live in the Hub City, new housing is available.

New apartments are being built in downtown Jackson with Jackson Walk Apartments, and they’re entering phase three of completion.

Friday, community leaders and residents took a hard hat tour to explore the property, which is set to officially open the first week of July.

All four buildings are expected to be completed at the end of September.

As of now, three individuals have pre-leased to move in this July.

To qualify, you have to make three times the rent, and pass a full background and credit check.

Monthly prices start at $1,100 a month.

“Moving into this building, it’s a brand new building. You’re getting brand new appliances, brand new flooring, everything from the ground up is brand new, so that’s definitely a giant plus,” said Flannery Johnson, assistant property manager. “Rock N Dough, Grubs, Lyft, it’s all right here for you.”
