Jackson Rockabillys hosts ‘A Game of Their Own’
JACKSON, Tenn. — Earlier Tuesday evening, residents gathered at the Rockabillys Stadium for “A Game of Their Own.”
The special baseball game is based on the 1992 hit movie “A League of Their Own” which follows an all-women’s baseball team during World War II.
“We have both played basically our whole lives–right around 12 years. We played travel ball together so we’re looking forward to being out on the field together again,” said Rylee Galyean and Makenna Tibbs, team Belles.
