One dead following crash involving UTV
MCNAIRY COUNTY, Tenn. — One is dead following a crash Tuesday morning in McNairy County.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol confirms 84-year-old Francis Wilson was fatally injured in the wreck, which took place shortly after 9 a.m. on U.S. Highway 45.
According to a preliminary report, a 2018 Kenworth commercial motor vehicle, operated by an out-of-state resident, was traveling south on the highway. The report states that a 2022 Can Am Defender, operated by Wilson, entered the highway and collided with the commercial vehicle.
The driver of the Kenworth was uninjured, according to the report.
The report also shows that Wilson was not wearing a seat belt, while the Kenworth driver was wearing a seat belt.
No charges have been filed in connection to the crash.
