2025 Beech Baby King crowned during Festival of the Lakes
HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Festival of the Lakes in Henderson County held their first event bright and early Friday morning.
11-month-old Mr. Kolsyn was crowned Beech Baby King as he was one of the winners Friday morning. This first event for the Festival of the Lakes is all about the kids.
From 6 months old, all the way to 14 years old, the 2025 Beech Baby and Miss Festival of the Lakes pageants were filled with smiles and patriotic outfits.
There were eight possible awards for each division. Most patriotic, best personality, prettiest eyes, prettiest hair, prettiest smile, 1st and 2nd place, and of course kings and queens.
The real winners this morning were the people in the audience. Being able to see all of the children get on stage in their red, white and blue while smiling and having a great time is something nobody wanted to miss out on.
The event started in the early morning and went on until the early afternoon. It was a perfect way to start the 4th of July. Leading right up to the cardboard boat races that followed shortly after.
This is certainly an event that you will want to attend next year as your make your 4th of July plans.
From 6 months old up to 4 years old, there are competitions for both boys and girls. From 5 to 14 years old, the competitions are just for girls.
