‘Keep Jackson Cool’: Fans, window A/C units sought for donation drive

JACKSON, Tenn. — Amid the summer heat, a local church is aiming to help residents stay cool.

Aldersdate Methodist Church in Jackson is sponsoring a fan and window unit donation drive for those in need.

They’re currently seeking fans, window A/C units, or monetary donations to support the cause.

Donations will be collected at Aldersgate, located at 1050 North Parkway in Jackson, on Saturday, July 12. They will be collecting from 9-11 a.m.
