2 arrested on several drug charges during home search
FROM THE HARDIN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE VIA FACEBOOK 7/9/25:
On July 7th, 2025, Agent Brad Chism with the Hardin County Sheriff’s Department, assigned to the 24th Judicial Drug Task Force, conducted a Narcotics related Search warrant at 775 Shiloh Rd. in Michie/Hardin County, TN.

With the assistance of TBI and Agent Carter from McNairy County Sheriff’s Department, Agents were able to locate and seize numerous illegal substances within the residence.

Jessica Bailey and Timothy Seaton were located inside the residence and taken into custody without incident.
Both individuals have been charged with:
- Possession of Schedule I Psilocybin Mushroom with intent
- Possession of Schedule II Methamphetamine with intent
- Simple possession Schedule II Cocaine
- Two counts of Possession of Schedule IV Alprazolam
- Possession of Schedule IV Carisoprodol with intent
- Possession of Schedule IVSuboxone with intent
- Possession of Schedule VI Marijuana with intent
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
