What’s New Wednesday: Studio 45 Tattoo

GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn. — Studio 45 Tattoo opened this past spring just outside of Medina.

Shop owner and tattoo artist Lizzie Doyle tells us that she loved drawing as a kid, and started tattooing for extra income after she had children.

Now, she’s running her very own shop, offering a welcoming, down-to-earth environment with staff eager to make personal connections.

“We offer very inclusive work to our clients, we are very family-oriented. I have two kids, all of us are parents up here,” Doyle said.

Doyle says their dedication to getting to know their clients is part of what helps them stand out. And as many people coming in for tattoos have a deep personal reason behind it, she says they’re proud to provide care and support.

Doyle says that she also makes community involvement a priority, and strives to support local causes and other small businesses.

“And they don’t expect a lot of tattoo artists to just be regular people,” Doyle said. “There’s just a lot, you know, that you wouldn’t associate with a business like this, that, we as people are just trying to help others.”

While the shop currently only offers tattoos, Doyle says they are looking to eventually expand to offer other services.

The shop frequently hosts events and special offers, such as flash tattoos, which Doyle says have been very popular so far.

“We do monthly events, so we’ll usually plan a day in the month specifically to tailor a holiday, or specific fundraisers or events. Every month we do that,” said Doyle.

Studio 45 Tattoo is located at 91 A Milan Highway. The shop is open from 12-8 p.m. on Tuesdays through Thursday, and 12-10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
