JACKSON, Tenn.—Destiny Church of Jackson wraps up their All Things Family celebration this weekend.
Every year Destiny Church hosts All Things Family at 636 Wallace Road in the Hub City.
The mission of the occasion is for families to come together in Christ for a time of great fellowship.
This year All Things Family kicked off Destiny Church’s first live recording titled ‘Sunday Mornings’ with several gospel recording artists including; Executive Producer Jason Nelson, Producer Morgan Turner, and Vocal Producer Darrell Walls featuring the Worship Arts Ministry, The Sound of Destiny, Destiny Mass Choir, and dancers.
All Things Family is a moment to get to know the people you worship with through education, enjoyment and empowerment.
“This week we did something a little different. We did a live recording and gathered all the families together and recorded our first ep, ‘The Sound of Destiny’ our music department. Then, on Friday we came for family revival and today, we had family and friends worship, so we are just making sure that we are strengthening fathers, mothers, and children. We are letting everybody know that the power and the grace of God will keep our families covered regardless of what we go through, so our focus as a ministry is going to always be family,” said Dr. Rhonda Pettigrew, Pastor, Destiny Church of Jackson.
Destiny Church of Jackson offers a mobile food pantry every month along with, school uniforms, family co-parenting classes, and leadership and development classes that are here for the community.
