Large police presence spotted in south Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — A large police presence in south Jackson prompts calls from WBBJ tipsters.

Several WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News tipsters reached out to us just before 8 Wednesday evening of a large police presence in the 40 block of Southside Drive just off of Harts Bridge Road.

When our crew arrived they found multiple police units on the scene.

We’ve reached out to the Jackson Police Department and are awaiting more information.
