Miss TN Volunteer Pageant contestants get ready for night 1

JACKSON, Tenn. — We are only hours away from night one of the Miss Tennessee Volunteer Pageant and one local club shares some last minute encouragement.

The Jackson Rotary Club invited the young woman competing in the Miss Tennessee Volunteer Pageant to First United Methodist Church in downtown Jackson today.

This gave the ladies an opportunity to socialize and share their platforms one last time before the big show.

“Going into that interview room and going onto that stage, we are all about showcasing who you are, what your voice is, what matters to you. And so, definitely just being confident in that–because we want to encourage these young women to be confident in themselves and to go out into the world and be leaders,” said Hannah McKay, Miss Tennessee Volunteer 2025.

Door open at 6 p.m. at the Carl Perkins Civic Center. Stay tuned for more as WBBJ’s Brooklyn Kent brings further coverage tonight.
