Local ministry hosts ‘Harvest at the Amp’

JACKSON, Tenn.—Harvest at the Amp took place Saturday night in Jackson.

The event was a time for individuals to join together in a time of worshiping the Lord.

Organizers say they wanted to create an event for community members to gather as one and hear the message of Jesus Christ. The group was also able to give out Bibles and provide food for all in attendance. The event had a great turn out.

“Last night, we didn’t just gather—we had church. Under the open sky at the AMP, Heaven met Earth in a powerful way. From the sound of worship rising to the truth of the Word being spoken, God’s presence was tangible and moving,” said Brittany Michael, Pastor at Harvest Ministries.

“It was an absolute honor to serve our community—to come together in love, in unity, and in purpose, all under the mighty name of Jesus. There’s nothing quite like watching people encounter the hope, healing, and freedom found in Him. This is why we do what we do, to make Him known in the world, and help the world know Him,” Michael added.

Organizers say they are grateful for the volunteers, and for all those in attendance to the one of kind event.
