Murder suspect’s vehicle found in Jackson

UPDATE (2:52pm): The Jackson Police Department says it has located the vehicle driven by Austin Drummond in the woods “near the dead end of MCO road.” Officials say it appears that he has been living in the vehicle and may be in the area. JPD asks all people within the immediate area of this alert to lock their doors and stay indoors as they search for Drummond. Remember, he is considered armed and extremely dangerous. If you see him, call 911 immediately. Do not approach the suspect.


In an update made on social media, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has confirmed that the white 2016 Audi that the quadruple homicide suspect, Austin Drummond, was traveling in has been found “unoccupied” in Jackson.
