Hardin County Football Preview
The Hardin county football team is getting ready for the upcoming
season. Last year was a season with a lot of struggles.
The Tigers went 1- 4 in district play and 2- 8 overall. As far
as defense they lost a lot of players and will be inexperienced
on the defensive line but the plan is to rotate different guys in
there that gives them a good push up front and a different look. While on
offense they bring back a quarterback that played in six games last
year and actually is the side of the ball where they bring back the most
players. We caught up with head coach Alex Seaton and he talked about
what the offseason has been like and what goals they have. Lets hear it
coach.
“Yeah so we’ve had a good preseason leading up starting the summer and had a good camp week
and leading up we head two scrimmages this preseason and got the jamboree this week but
really proud of the way the guys have worked to this point been extremely good offseason for us.
Our goals stay the same each and every year just try to be consistent in what were preaching and
what were trying to accomplish each and every season so we start with trying to win your region and go from there so that’s what were focusing on right now.”
