Melvin was a long-time employee of Ermco in Dyersburg, TN. and Graduate of Dyersburg High School. Arrangements are entrusted with McCreight Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 11:00a.m.-11:55a.m. Truth in Love Kingdom Fellowship Church 2250 E. Court St. Dyersburg, TN. Funeral service will follow at 1:00p.m. with Dr. Anthony Taylor officiating. Burial will be held in Memorial Park in Dyersburg, TN. Pallbearers serving are Roderick Harris, John Vaughn, Kevin Shaw, Jr., James Lyon, Charles Kincaid Jr, Alvin Dance.
