GALLERY: VFW Post 1294 holds annual car show in Lexington
LEXINGTON, Tenn. — A fan-favorite car show makes it’s was back to one local city.
Residents gathered at Henderson County court square in Lexington to celebrate the 13th annual VFW Post 1294 Car Show.
The event was free and opened to the public. Attendees could enjoy free food and drinks.
Trophies were awarded for best car in show, best truck in show, best of show overall, among other titles.
They also held giveaways for car wash supplies that were donated from Auto Zone in Lexington.
“We can’t tell you how much we appreciate them coming out and helping. Just can’t thank you enough,” said Charlie Chance, US Navy & Army veteran, volunteer for VFW Post 1294.
All proceeds go towards helping support VFW Post 1294 and local veterans.
