MISSING: TBI issues Silver Alert for 89-year-old Jean Powell
FROM THE TENNESSEE BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION:
#TNSilverAlert We need your help to find Jean Powell, who is missing from Paris.
The 89-year-old was last seen on Saturday, August 30th in Paris, and is now believed to be in Wisconsin.
Jean is 5’4″ tall, 145 lbs., with blue eyes and gray hair. She may be traveling in a 2009 black Nissan Versa with TN tag PD72378.
She has a medical condition that may impair her ability to return safely without assistance.
