PRESS RELEASE FROM THE MILL WORKSPACE
For Immediate Release:
Build Your Brand with New Workshop at The Mill Workspace, September 16
Dyersburg, TN – September 7, 2025 – Small business owners, solopreneurs, and startups in Northwest Tennessee will soon have the opportunity to sharpen their branding skills with the help of Canva and branding specialist Elizabeth Pritchett.
The Mill Workspace, located at 217 S. Mill Ave., will be hosting the workshop, “Branding Basics: A Canva Hands-On Workshop” (Dyer County Edition) on Tuesday, September 16, from 10-11:30 a.m. Participants are encouraged to bring their laptop. This workshop is considered suitable for beginner-level Canva users.
Pritchett will be leading the workshop, walking attendees through Canva’s Brand Kit tools, step by step. Attendees will learn how to set up colors, logos, and fonts, so they can create consistent, professional-looking content that reflects the identity of their business.
Pritchett says this workshop is perfect for those startups, solopreneurs, and small business owners ready to brand with confidence.
“We have spoken to numerous businesses owners about what workshops they felt would be most beneficial and branding continues to be a point of conversation. We are excited to roll out this new workshop and look forward to introducing many more in the coming months, including Excel, QuickBooks Online, Social Media Strategies, and Holiday Marketing, just to name a few,” said The Mill Community Manager Rachel Townsend. “If you are a new startup or even someone just considering taking the lean into entrepreneurship, you don’t want to miss out on these resources.”
Tickets for the workshop are available now.
