JPD’s bike patrol encounter ‘suspicious’ van, narcotics seized

FROM THE JACKSON POLICE DEPARTMENT:

[Jackson, TN]- At 12:46 PM today, a routine patrol by the JPD bike unit in the area of West Alley/Hopkins St resulted in the identification of a suspicious van parked in the road.

Officers investigating the van discovered subjects inside with narcotics and paraphernalia in plain view.

Two subjects were arrested and an amount of illegal narcotics was seized.
