Award-winning artist ‘Crowder’ performs at Rockabillys Stadium

JACKSON, Tenn. — A rising outdoor venue welcomes another artist to the stage.

Christian award-winning artist Crowder performed Friday evening out at the Jackson Rockabillys Stadium. This comes as a part of a series of concerts over the course of late summer and early fall.

Rockabillys Stadium is the largest facility in Jackson for concerts. These shows act as a way to help offset the cost of the stadium to the taxpayer.

By purchasing a ticket to one of these concerts, you’ll be getting a return on your investment.

If it weren’t for concerts and other events held at Rockabillys stadium, the stadium’s only use would be the 42 rockabilly home games. This would leave the stadium empty for 323 days of the year.

The stadium is about half-full but the tax burden would be even lower for Jackson citizens if more people come to these concerts.

The Beach Boys are coming to Rockabillys Stadium on September 25 and Skillet will be at the venue on October 3.
