Madison County Health hosting diaper drive to support local families

JACKSON, Tenn. — A local health department is asking residents to help support mothers in need.

Madison County Health is hosting a diaper drive to support families enrolled in their CHANT Program. They are asking for diapers in any size.

You can drop them off at the Madison County Health building at 804 North Parkway from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“These diapers are going to the families enrolled in our CHANT Program. And if you want to learn more about C.H.A.N.T., it stands for community, health, access, navigation, and tennessee. And the CHANT Program is great at connecting families with resources that we need. Sometimes finding all the things are – it’s challenging, it’s difficult, and we have some great care coordinators that can help families do that,” said Ginger Rowsey, public information officer for Madison County Health.

The diaper drive continues until Friday, September 19.
