Selmer family to appear on upcoming Family Feud episode

SELMER, Tenn. — One Selmer family is set to appear on a world-famous game show.

The Holt family from McNairy County got the chance to compete on Family Feud. We had the opportunity to speak to one of the lucky contestants, Christine Bishop, who shares what it was like.

“Being thrown into that situation where you have a studio audience in front of you, and all the eyes are on you, it kind of made the pressures high. But once we were actually playing the real game, it was great all-around–something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. And getting to do it by my family just made such a difference, and it’s something we’ll remember as long as we’re here,” said Bishop.

The episode is set to air next month on October 6.
