Elusive, casino-inspired fundraiser returns to the Hub City Nov. 13

JACKSON, Tenn. — One top-secret fundraising event is back with a whole new look and password.

Guests gathered at Jackson’s Kitchen and Catering to meet with sponsors and supporters for the YMCA of Memphis and the Mid South’s upcoming event: “The Wagers.”

The classic casino fundraiser returns for it’s 2nd year to help raise money for the YMCA.

The secret casino will take place on November 13th at the “Birdhouse” also known as the Jackson Regional Airport hanger.

“We’re back at the Birdhouse which sounds a little elusive. If you were there last year you know exactly where it was. And the thing is though, there will be different entrances, and different accesses, and different passwords. So we are still keeping the speakeasy vibes even though were back at the same location,” said Cassidy Spencer, director for annual campaign.
