Fall festival returns with fun in Milan

MILAN, Tenn.—One local town celebrates the fall season with activities for the entire family.

The City of Milan hosted a Fall Festival Saturday. The fun kicked off at 10 a.m. downtown.

There were several activities available to enjoy throughout the day.

There was live music, a magic show, vendors galore for shopping or grabbing some delicious food. And kids could enjoy face painting, bounce houses, mini golf or the petting zoo.

Even college football fans didn’t have to fret, as games were available to watch on screens at the festival.

“It is just a great opportunity for all the people in and around Milan and Gibson county to come out and see the different vendors, different non-profits and what we do. It provided associations to learn how to volunteer for the different opportunities that we have available,” said Gary Paschall, Executive Director of Gibson County Habitat for Humanity.

The fall festival continued until 4 Saturday evening.

The festival happens every year in Milan and is loved by local residents and visitors alike.
