Fresh faces, renewed passion for promoting Jackson and Madison County!

JACKSON, Tenn. (October 16, 2025) – There’s new energy in the air at Visit Jackson, Tennessee! The city’s official destination marketing organization is proud to announce its new team, ready to shine a spotlight on all the people, places, and experiences that make Jackson special.

Leading the way is Beth Bolton, Visit Jackson’s new Chief Executive Officer. A fifth-generation Jacksonian, Beth has spent more than 20 years in tourism and hospitality, including 18 years as a travel agent and over a decade in hotel management with Hilton and Marriott brands. Her love for Jackson runs deep, and she’s passionate about helping others discover why it’s such a great place to visit—and call home.

Joining Beth is Paige Keith, Group Sales and Marketing Director. Paige is no stranger to Visit Jackson TN or the tourism industry—she’s thrilled to be back on the team and continuing her work promoting Jackson as a must-visit destination. With her creativity, strong community ties, and marketing experience, Paige will lead efforts to attract groups, meetings, and special events while highlighting the local flavor that makes our city one of a kind.

Rounding out the team is Ashton Martin, Administrative Assistant, whose organization and enthusiasm keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Ashton’s welcoming spirit perfectly reflects the friendly hospitality that Jackson is known for.

“We’re so excited to work together to tell Jackson’s story,” said Bolton. “We’re all such a passionate and dedicated team, and we’re excited to keep Jackson and Madison County relevant and thriving—not just locally, but on a state-wide level as well.
