Ted Austin, JEA’s Chief Customer Officer, passes away at 62

JACKSON, Tenn. — Ted Austin has passed away at the age of 62.

Multiple organizations that Austin was previously affiliated with posted Monday about his passing.

Some of the organizations like The Jackson Symphony, Rotary Club and Jackson Arts Council all expressed their condolences and remembered Austin’s work within their organizations.
