Annual stew sale to raise funds for local fire dept

JACK’S CREEK, Tenn. – The Jack’s Creek Fire Department is warming up their community through its annual Stew Sale on Saturday, October 25.

The department is expecting to cook approximately 175 gallons of stew. The stew is sold by the gallon and is $25 per gallon. The department does ask, if possible, for you to bring your own gallon container.

The event begins at 10 a.m. and will continue until they sell out of stew. The stew will be available at the fire department, located at 7174 State Route 100. You are encouraged to reserve your gallon in advance before they sell out.

All the funds raised during the stew sale will go to support the fire department and its operations.
