Funeral service for Essie Golden, age 100, will be Friday, October 31, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Mercer Brothers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Cerro Gordo Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Golden died Friday, October 24, 2025 at her residence.

Visitation for Mrs. Golden will be Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Mercer Brothers Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM.  Family Hour from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
