FHU announces contestants for 2025 homecoming court

HENDERSON, Tenn. — Freed-Hardeman University reveals the contestants of their new royal court.

Students gathered in the auditorium for their usual chapel and the announcement of their homecoming royal court.

The royal court includes students from all classes levels allowing anyone to participate. Students who are not participating will have the chance to vote for their king and queen.

The winners will be announced during the halftime of their basketball game on November 8.

“We have freshman, sophomores and juniors represented on the court today as were hosting them. We are hosting their family and friends are here to see that presentations as well, and we have a master of ceremonies who will read a script and give us some information about each of these young people and why they were chosen, but we will focus in heavily on those senior representatives and their four years at Hardeman,” said Chris Ramey, director of alumni engagement.

A big celebration will be happening all week for their 70th year of homecoming.
