To: Parents/Guardians of Hardin County School Students
155 Guinn Street Savannah, TN 38372 Ph (731) 925-3943 Fax (731) 925-7313
This letter is specifically for our parents/guardians that have children in the Hardin County School System that currently qualify for the SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits. With the current uncertainty of when the Federal benefits will be available, I wanted to make each of you aware of help being provided locally.
If your child currently qualifies for SNAP benefits, beginning Wednesday, November 5, you may go to the main office at your child’s school to receive food assistance.
If there is anyone that would like to help fund this initiative of helping feed our students, please do so by mailing your donation to the following:
- Hardin County Ministerial Association
- PO Box 595
- Savannah, TN 38372
(Please designate these funds are for “student food support”)
Many thanks to those in our community that have already donated to this cause or will consider donating.”
