According to a Lifestyle Monitor study, 57% of consumers say the economic situation will impact their shopping, meaning stricter budgets.

However, one interesting result showed consumers are heading back into stores.

72% of consumers, including more men and younger demographics, are planning to shop in-person.

“I was really interested to see that consumers are going back to the store, you know, after the pandemic, we weren’t sure. Everybody’s so comfortable shopping online,” said Katherine Bruce, PH.D., Manager of Market Insights, Cotton Inc.
