Attendees gather for Tennessee Baptist Convention’s annual Pastors Conference

JACKSON, Tenn. — The Tennessee Baptist Convention Pastors Conference, part of the “Summit,” was held at West Jackson Baptist Church in Jackson Monday.

The theme was “I Will Boast,” based on Jeremiah 9:23-24, and featured speakers like Chase Sears, Greg Belser, and Jamie Dew.

It’s a time of praise, worship, and inspiration as pastors and others gather for a series of messages and music, as a preamble to the Summit.

“One of the biggest things I love about this is the opportunity for folks who haven’t seen each other all year to come together and spend time fellowshipping,” said Chris Turner, director of communications for the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board.

The Summit is the annual gathering of Tennessee Baptists. The Summit includes the pastors conference, the annual meeting, and everything in between.
