Beverly Robertson visits Lane for ‘Voices of Leadership’ series

JACKSON, Tenn. — Lane College hosted their latest Voices of Leadership event Thursday.

The series has brought nationally-recognized leaders to Lane’s campus every month since August.

This edition featured Beverly Robertson, Principal of Trust Marketing and retired CEO of the National Civil Rights Museum.

Attendees heard from Robertson for a session titled “Legacy and Leadership: Faith, Justice and Community Transformation.”

“We had a great opportunity to work with our students, with our campus leadership, and to meet the community and introduce the community to some dynamic speakers and to have a shared dialogue about what the future of Lane College and the future of Jackson looks like when we all come together,” said Lane College President Donald Comer.

The Voices of Leadership series offers a full day of engagement with student sessions, strategic dialogues, and a ticketed luncheon.
