More holiday gift ideas to place under the tree
JACKSON, Tenn. — The big day is quickly approaching with Christmas being three weeks away, and there’s still time to find the gift you are looking for.
Mario Armstrong tells us why tech gifts are great ideas.
“People are looking for time back in their life,” Armstrong said. “Like tech’s big promise was give me convenience, give me time back, reduce stress, make my life easier. A lot of time tech can do the opposite. So find things that actually work where that promise is.”
Armstrong tells us that these are not just good ideas, these are things people are actually wanting.
“But I also think tech is just exciting. A lot of people are into what’s new, what’s the latest, how can we maybe change up our entertainment, how can we experience things that are more interactive or a little bit more immersive. So tech kind of comes in to meet those opportunities,” Armstrong said.
Jennifer Jolly tells us about a gift that helps kids learn how finances work, and it gives parents a lot of control on how money is spent.
“And it is great for people who are taking care of aging parents too,” Jolly said. “Love that one. Everyone I know uses it to help with their kids that pays for their chores and it teaches them about money from a young age.”
