Christmas at the Walk returns downtown

JACKSON, Tenn.—One holiday event returns downtown helping residents check some names off their gift list.

The shops of Jackson Walk teamed up with sponsor Garner Blue to host Christmas at the Walk.

The shopping extravaganza began at 10 a.m. Saturday in the parking lot between the North and South sides of the Jackson Walk.

The sale included several shops in the area as well as pop up vendors. Some participants included: Magic Is Happening, Britta’s Boards, Hello Grace, Matchstick Studios and many others.

Visitors could find an array of items available including handmade cards, art, health and beauty finds, clothing, candles and the list goes on.

“So far it seems like everybody is staying busyish. I’ve been really busy in my shop. I organized the event, but it’s sort of funny because I’m here in the shop and I can’t totally see everything happening, but it looks like it’s going well so,” said Lisa Garner, owner of Garner Blue.

The event even included live music to enjoy from Jackson’s Hubtet.

This is the 6th year of Christmas at the Walk bringing an all in one shopping experience to Jackson’s downtown.
