Hometown Health Clinic in McKenzie receives over $1.5 million in funding

MCKENZIE, Tenn. — The Hometown Health Clinic in McKenzie receives a very generous grant.

The clinic received the HRP Award totaling over $1.5 million. This grant is set to help the clinic redesign care delivery processes, use technology and data more effectively, and allow patients to be more active with their health.

The Hometown Health Clinic has served local communities for more than 40 years and they are one out of two rural clinics that received the grant.
