Lifeline to host annual ‘Holiday Hero’ blood drive starting Dec. 11
JACKSON, Tenn. — One local nonprofit is once again asking residents to give the gift of life this Christmas.

Lifeline Blood Services is hosting their annual Holiday Hero themed blood drive to encourage blood donations.
Residents can donate Thursday December 11 at the Jackson location from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday at the Dyersburg location from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Every donor will get a free vouchers for 1 free medium 1 topping pizza from Marcos as well as a long sleeve t-shirt.
They can also register to win a $250 gift card or a 65 inch smart TV.
“We really urge you if you have not donated in the last 8 weeks or 56 days. We’re in a critical uphill right now for all blood types. Every blood type saves lives and we would love for you to come in and give the gift of life,” said Melinda Reid with Lifeline Blood Services.
Lifeline Blood Services is located at 183 Sterling Farms Dr in Jackson and 1130 US-51 in Dyersburg.
