Increasing Clouds And A Fair Evening
Weather Update: Tuesday, December 16 —
Good Evening West Tennessee. After a brutally cold start to the week, today overall wasn’t too bad. It was a bit chilly this morning though with lows in the mid 20s. we has a stubborn deck of stratus clouds move in, which of course slowed temps a bit, we still managed to warm into the mid 50s this afternoon thanks to southerly winds and some thermal expansion. It all is a response to another cold front swinging through the Northern Plains and the departing arctic High Pressure to the east. Our attention is on the vigerous trough just off the coast of the Pacific Northwest. that will be the trouble maker come Thursday.

Tonight:
Clouds will increase as southwesterly flow continue increasing. The clouds will help slow temps down, while the southerly wind gradually stabilizes the temp overnight

Tomorrow:
The day will start out in the upper 30s to low 40s. A far cry from the 24 on Tuesday morning. winds will remain generally out the south all day, however, as moisture deeps there might be a few sprinkles here and there pretty much anytime, however given the retreating very dry air mass, there probably wont be much.
