Jackson native, Super Bowl champion spreads Christmas joy with ‘Trey’s Holiday of Hope’

JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson native and two-time super bowl champion, Trey Smith, teamed up with the United Way of West Tennessee for a special event Tuesday.

Recipients will receive an immersive holiday experience complete with dinner, festive activities, holiday desserts, photos with Santa, and even a meaningful video message from the champ himself.

“This is actually the first year for this, we have partnered up with trey for a few years off his football camp here in town. We are excited to see the kids and families and excited to see the joy it’s going to bring them this season,” said Kristen Chambers, Southwest Director of Donor Development and Women United Director.

This is a dual-city event celebrating ten families from the United Way of West Tennessee and 10 families from the United Way of greater Kansas City.
