Suspected stolen vehicle leads to arrest
JACKSON, Tenn.—JPD officers were witnessed early Sunday morning in pursuit of a white Kia Soul along N. Highland Ave in Jackson.

Suspected Stolen Vehicle Pursuit at 2021 N Highland Ave leads to Arrest
JACKSON, Tenn.—On December 21, 2025, at 1:34 a.m., officers responded to a report of a suspected stolen vehicle in the area of 2021 N. Highland Ave. During the incident, officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a white 2017 Kia Soul. The vehicle failed to stop and led officers on a brief pursuit.
The suspect vehicle came to a stop in the vicinity of Lenoir Ave., where the driver was taken into custody without further incident. An investigation confirmed that the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Claiborne County, Tennessee.
Authorities are continuing their investigation, and additional charges may be pending.
