VIDEO: Jackson Police investigate armed robbery at local gas station
PRESS RELEASE FROM THE JACKSON POLICE DEPARTMENT:
JACKSON, Tenn. — The Jackson Police Department is actively investigating an armed robbery that occurred late Monday evening at a local gas station.
On December 22, 2025, at approximately 9:55 p.m., officers responded to 340 Parkstone Place, Horizon Travel Plaza, in reference to an armed robbery of the business.
The suspect initially entered the business with no handgun displayed and walked around for a short time. He left out of the business for a few seconds and then re-entered and produced a handgun pointing it at the clerk demanding money. The suspect left the store running westbound with cash from the register.
The suspect was armed with a black handgun and is described as a white male with an average build, red hair, and a trimmed beard. At the time of the incident, the suspect was reportedly wearing a gray pullover, a gray toboggan, and denim jeans. No additional details are being released at this time as the investigation remains ongoing.
