Baptist Carroll County receives top award for physician experience

HUNTINGDON, Tenn., Jan. 12, 2026– Press Ganey, the global leader in health care experience solutions and services, has recognized Baptist Memorial Hospital-Carroll County with the 2025 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award for physician experience.

The HX Guardian of Excellence Award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in one of three categories: patient experience, consumer experience and employee experience.
