Police investigate shooting incident on Hughes Dr

JACKSON, Tenn. — At approximately 4:26 a.m. Monday morning, Jackson Police officers were dispatched to a residence on Hughes Drive regarding a shooting.

A witness reported seeing two male subjects on foot approach the residence and fire multiple shots into the front of the home.

Officers made contact with the occupants of the residence, who were uninjured. Preliminary investigations indicate this is believed to be an isolated incident. This incident remains under investigation, and no further information is available at this time.
