Slim Chickens shooting suspect appears in court

JACKSON, Tenn. — A local man facing murder charges appeared in court once again Monday morning.

Harrison Cobb is facing charges of first-degree murder as well as tampering with evidence. These come from the shooting incident that occurred at Slim Chickens back in January of last year.

He was indicted by a Madison County grand jury earlier this year. His arraignment was held this morning where he was appointed a public defender.

Cobb’s next court date is scheduled for March 16, 2026.
