BCES disables disconnects ahead of extreme winter weather
BENTON COUNTY, Tenn. — Due to the potential for extreme winter weather and freezing temperatures next week, BCES Pay As You Go and traditional disconnects will be disabled from Monday, January 26 through Sunday, February 1, and will resume on Monday, February 2.
During this time, if your Pay As You Go account runs low or out of funds, your service will not be disconnected. This precaution is in place to help protect the community during this period of severe cold.
BCES asks that residents continue monitoring their balance and keeping accounts in good standing to avoid any service interruptions once normal operations resume.
